Welcome to the Authentic Man - Men's Group. A group for men, by men.

We meet twice a month. The first and third Wednesday evenings. 7 pm. With occasional exceptions. IE: social gatherings, etc.

Who we are...

This group is about the journey we walk as men. what our fears and struggles are, where our strength and power is, and what to do about all aspects about living as a empowered, balanced and fulfilled man in these times.

  • You have lost your spark after a divorce, death or loss.
  • Hell, you just want to act like a man and not worry if it's "the right thing to do"

what we are about

We are about moving from where we are, regardless of what that looks like, and moving to what we want to be. What we can be. Tapping that inner potential. Living fulfilled lives. Creating a safe and accountable environment. Where it is OK to explore who we really are. We are not affiliated with any religion or organization. We complement other support or mending our self methods.
